Cong. OH-14: Blanchard (D) to Make Fourth Run Against LaTourette (R)

Accountant Dale Blanchard (D-Solon) has filed to run for the fourth time for the 14th District Congressional seat held by Steve LaTourette (R-Concord Township). In 2000 Blanchard captured 31 % of the vote, in 2002 he won 28%, and in 2004 he lost in the primary to Capri Cafaro (D).
