Cong. OH-3: Studebaker (D) To Be Replaced Via Special Primary

Buckeye State Blog is reporting that 3rd Ohio Congressional District candidate Stephanie Studebaker (D-Dayton) has officially withdrawn today, thus setting the stage for a special primary election.

UPDATE: The deadline for submitting nominating petitions is Friday, August 18, and the special primary will be held on September 15.
