Cong OH-15: Map of Provisional Ballot Concentrations

JMKnapp has a post on DailyKos with this really cool aerial image of Franklin County, showing high concentrations of provisional ballots via colored flags:



Red flags mean more than 15% provisional ballots, yellow are more than 10%, green less than 10%. The biggest cluster is centered around the OSU campus. There are also high concentrations in largely African-American precincts on the east side. I think I can make out a cluster around the Capitol University campus just outside Columbus to the east.
