Treasurer: Quill (D) Drops Out

I received an email from Franklin County Treasurer and State Treasurer candidate Richard Cordray (D-Columbus), indicating that candidate Hugh Quill (D-Dayton), who is the Montgomery County Treasurer, has withdrawn from the race. Cordray writes that he is "grateful for the challenge Hugh has presented," which has made Cordray "a stronger candidate," and he "look[s] forward to campaigning with him in Montgomery County this fall." He also writes that he plans to expand his website, schedule a “Meet the Bloggers” appearance, and start a blog of his own.
