Cong OH-3: Chema (D) Wins Special Primary BIG

Former federal prosecutor J. Richard Chema (D-Oakwood) has defeated Charles W. Sanders (D-Waynesville) in yesterday's special primary election by a whopping 75.74% to 24.26%, according to unofficial results at the Montgomery County Board of Elections. Turnout was a paltry 6,949 votes.
