Ballot Issues: New Poll Shows 3 Failing, 2, 4 & 5 Passing

A new poll released today by Opinion Consultants shows a mixed picture on the statewide ballot issues:

Issue 2 - Minimum Wage
51% For
22% Against
12% Undecided

Issue 3 - Gambling
42% For
48% Against
10% Undecided

Issue 4 - "Smoke Less"
57% For
40% Against
3% Undecided

Issue 5 - "Smoke Free"
59% For
32% Against
9% Undecided

If both 4 and 5 pass, 4 takes precedence because it will be in the Ohio constitution. This was a poll of 800 voters around Ohio.

UPDATE: I see that the new Plain Dealer poll shows the same overall results, although the numbers are somewhat different is different on Issue 4, otherwise looks similar (sorry, I was rushing and got it wrong the before):

Issue 2 - Minimum Wage
71% For
24% Against

Issue 3 - Gambling
34% For
57% Against

Issue 4 - "Smoke Less"
32% For
59% Against

Issue 5 - "Smoke Free"
53% For
38% Against

I find it hard to believe that the PD and the O/C polls would offer numbers so stunningly different.

Methodology, anyone?
