VIDEO - Voting Delays, Some Voters Leaving Without Voting

This morning I went around to three polling places in Cleveland Heights where I live. Problems with missing or non-functioning voting cards and insufficient machines were reported in various places. Lines of up to an hour and a half were happening in several precincts, with the result that numbers of voters were leaving for work or school without voting. The ones I talked to all said that they would come back later, but I have my doubts about whether they will in fact do that.
