AvoidTheLine.org - It's So Easy!

Secretary of State candidate Jennifer Brunner (D-Columbus) has launched a new web site -- AvoidTheLine.org -- that makes it incredibly easy to register to vote and request an absentee ballot. Just fill out an online form and click"submit" and you get the appropriate form back by email, tailored to the corrrect Board of Elections, that you can sign and mail in. It also allows you to fill in email addresses of friends you want to know about this quick and easy service.

With all the delays, confusion, and malfunctioning machines we experienced in Cuyahoga County polling places in the May primary, and the serious problems they had with electronic voting machines in Maryland last week, EVERYBODY should consider voting absentee this time around. Remember, you no longer need any reason or excuse to get the convenience of voting from home, and you can get your voting done up to 35 days before the election.
